I Am Very Satisfied With The Process

Beoordeling door:  Diane Narayanan Started the process with Samuel who was very helpful and pleasant. Once the document processing stage begun, he connected me wit Rakesh. I am very satisfied with the process. Rakesh was patient, accomodating and responsive. Every email was responded to within a day, sometimes on the same day. To every email, rather than a documented/scripted process, I received a phone call so there was open ground to discuss and get questions answered real time. Rakesh is wonderful and even though I had to put the process on hold, I am hoping I am able to continue it with him, when I return to India.
