All The Steps Were Clearly Explained With A Detailed Overview

He is a very cool and calm customer with good knowledge of all the processes. All the steps were clearly explained with a detailed overview of all of them. The list of documentation required were very crisp with samples available whenever in doubt. He was always available on call while in office and the replies to emails were also very prompt. Right now am at the visa stage and post all the documents are submitted, i should be able to get the visa. Thanks to Ali and whole Y-axis team. A satisfied customer.
