[Update EOI Stage] Srinu has been very reachable and co-operative during my Skill assessment and EOI phase. The most prominent help was that he proactively suggested applying to Software Engineer (Job Code: 261313) instead of Test Engineer. I successfully completed the skills assessment for the same Job code and I don't have to worry about getting state sponsorship now.
